Job Description
We are seeking a diligent IT Assistant to join our dynamic team at Novapack Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, installing and maintaining computer systems, assisting in server maintenance, and ensuring the security of our IT infrastructure.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 1-2 years of IT support experience, familiarity with ERP systems, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
