Job Description
Join our team at CLOUD DATA PVT LTD as a Debt Collector! Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Keeping records of all customer communications to build individual debtor cases
- Identifying and tracking outstanding payments
- Using databases to monitor and update outstanding accounts
- Following up with customers to ensure timely payments
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum Graduation, strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and outstanding communication skills are required.
