Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Innovative Infinity Solutions for the night shift, from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Human Resources and a background in managing HR processes within a BPO environment.
The HR Manager will provide comprehensive support to our night shift team, ensuring efficient operations. Responsibilities include managing employee records, overseeing payroll and benefits, developing recruitment processes, and handling employee grievances.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, HR Manager experience, knowledge of employment law, and strong communication skills are essential.
