Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to provide dedicated support to our CEO. This role involves managing the CEO’s schedule, communications, and operational activities effectively, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Liaison between the CEO and stakeholders, preparing meeting materials.
- Take minutes during meetings and organize the document filing system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent MS Office skills and outstanding organizational abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
Pay: Rs60,00 – Rs70,00 per month
