Job Description
GFS Builders and Developers is seeking a dedicated and proactive Recovery Officer to join our team.
As a Recovery Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that collection targets are met in line with the collection strategy. Daily follow-ups with clients must be maintained and logged accurately.
You will also be required to maintain and record all settlement agreements made with customers and monitor Recovery Agents to ensure fully recovered accounts.
Additionally, you will follow up on major debtor accounts to achieve recoveries through calls, demand notices, or any other suitable methods.
