Job Description

At NEWGENS SOLUTIONS, we are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to supervise the quality of calls made by our Customer Service Representatives (CSR). This role requires a strong IT background to manage technical aspects, including PC performance and networking issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement QA processes and standards.
• Monitor compliance with company policies.
• Provide coaching and feedback to agents.
• Analyze call data for improvement.
• Troubleshoot IT-related issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
