Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other departments for work efficiency.
- Utilize case management software competently.
- Engage professionally with clients and witnesses.
- Organize and manage documents, including spreadsheets.
- Review and produce documents as required.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree minimum.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Experience with SAP and CRM preferred.
- Strong personality focused on enhancement.
