Job Description
FinLeap Financial Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries through APP online consultations, phone calls, and emails, providing timely and accurate answers. You will also communicate regularly with the business group, reporting common customer issues and proposing optimization plans for improvement.
Qualifications
- Age: 20-30 years old, with at least a junior high school education.
- Strong analytical and judgment skills, along with excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Willing to accept scheduling arrangements.
- Fluent in Urdu and English.
