Job Description
PanaceaLogics is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team and help maintain an efficient, well-run office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations for smooth workflow.
- Handle correspondence: emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
- Maintain supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and team events.
- Support HR with onboarding, record maintenance, and attendance.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Maintain a clean and professional office space.
- Assist in reports, presentations, and company documentation.
- Perform other assigned administrative duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
