Job Description
HRAY Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Tech Support ViciDial Specialist to manage, troubleshoot, and maintain our ViciDial system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ViciDial and provide technical support to users.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot ViciDial systems.
- Diagnose and resolve server and software issues.
- Implement updates and configurations.
- Provide technical support to users.
- Conduct training sessions for new users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
- Experience in ViciDial administration.
- Knowledge of VoIP and SIP protocols.
