Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a reputed telecom company, is looking for a Customer Care Representor (Premium) to manage inbound customer service calls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls
- Provide online support regarding services
- Verify billing addresses
- Follow up with the Operations team for faults over 48 hours
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets
- Maintain records of faults for respective regions
- Execute special tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Intermediate
- Fresher or 1-year experience in a UK-based call center preferred
Salary: Starting at Rs45,00 per month with incentives up to 15k.
Location: Islamabad / Rawalpindi.
