Job Description

Call Cafe, a UK-based company, is hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives for the NIGHT SHIFT. We are currently conducting walk-in interviews for energetic individuals who excel in communicating with customers.

Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product information, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates must have at least intermediate English proficiency, 1-2 years of customer service experience, and excellent multitasking skills.

Shift timings are from 12 PM to 8 AM, with a salary range of Rs45,00 to Rs65,00 per month.
