Job Description

Gourmet Foods is seeking a dedicated Tracking Executive to join our team at our Defense Road Lahore Head Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring shipment statuses, coordinating with drivers and vendors, and providing timely updates to customers.

Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate shipment records, generating tracking reports, and resolving delivery issues. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field, with proven logistics experience and proficiency in tracking software.
