Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Expert to enhance our Shopify strategy at Rizfa. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless online course purchases while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our Shopify store for user experience.
- Create and manage listings for courses, including pricing and promotions.
- Efficiently process orders and manage customer inquiries.
- Analyze sales metrics and provide reporting for improvement.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies and implement email campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably with Shopify.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
