Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team at Abacus Consulting. This role involves managing customer service inquiries from international clients via phone and email. You will ensure customer satisfaction by assessing their needs and following established communication policies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries for international clients
- Assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Adhere to communication procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer support preferred
- Flexibility for shifts (priority for females in morning shifts)
