Job Description
Job Summary: Tech Hub Solutions is seeking a talented E-commerce Expert to develop and implement our Shopify strategy, enhancing online course purchases and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage our Shopify store for smooth operations and optimal user experience.
- Create and manage product listings, including pricing and promotions.
- Process orders, manage refunds, and communicate with customers.
- Monitor sales metrics and provide reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing for promotions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably with Shopify.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
