Job Description

Dost Solutions is seeking a Dairy Purchasing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Searching potential vendors
• Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
• Negotiating contract terms and pricing
• Tracking orders for timely delivery
• Reviewing product quality
• Entering order details into internal databases
• Maintaining updated records of purchases and invoices
• Preparing purchase reports with cost analyses
• Monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed
• Coordinating with warehouse staff for proper storage
