Job Description

Brand Fuel Advertising Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Female Receptionist/Customer Care Captain to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will manage customer care services, maintain records of customer interactions, and provide solutions to complaints.

Duties include:

• Managing communications via phone and WhatsApp
