ESOLS is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to manage our recruiting, learning, and employee performance programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
- Create job descriptions and post ads.
- Assist in recruitment and manage contracts.
- Maintain employee records and conduct orientations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 1-2 years of HR experience; strong communication and organizational skills.
