Job Description
As a Customer Sales Representative (CSR) at Mars BPO, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role includes assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements: Previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. A high school diploma is mandatory; a college degree is preferred.
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month. WALK-IN INTERVIEWS: 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM at Mars BPO, 2nd Floor, Ramzan Plaza, Saddar, Rawalpindi.
