Job Description

Kohistan Builders and Developers is seeking a skilled Maintenance Incharge to supervise the planning, design, and implementation of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems at our construction site. The ideal candidate will manage daily maintenance operations for machinery and facilities, ensuring optimal functionality through coordinated efforts with technicians.

Your role will include creating a preventive maintenance schedule, leading troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical issues, managing spare parts inventory, and enforcing safety standards. You will also supervise and train the maintenance team, promoting continuous improvement and efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
