Job Description
Link HR Consultants is seeking a skilled Clinical Nutritionist / Registered Dietitian to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert nutrition counseling, conduct comprehensive patient assessments based on medical history and dietary habits, and create personalized dietary plans tailored to individual health goals.
Your responsibilities will include educating patients and families on healthy eating and lifestyle modifications, collaborating with healthcare staff to integrate nutrition into care, and regularly monitoring patient progress to adjust nutrition plans as needed. Accurate documentation of patient records will also be required.
