Job Description
UN Enterprises is seeking a full-time High-Rise Quantity Surveyor with a Bachelor’s degree and 10-12 years of experience. Candidates must possess expertise in quantity surveying, cost estimation, procurement, contract administration, and financial management, specifically in high-rise developments.
Responsibilities include:
- Estimating costs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Preparing tender documents, contracts, and BOQs.
- Managing financial records and transactions.
- Coordinating with Project Managers for monthly cost reports.
Location: Islamabad (preferred)
Pay: From Rs100,00/month
