Job Description
Employment PR is seeking a motivated and confident female team member for the position of Customer Service Officer at our office located on Main PWD Road, Islamabad. This role is essential for our organizational development and requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with our customers.
Skills Required:
- Excellent Urdu communication and convincing skills.
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Officer is mandatory.
- Fluent in telephonic conversations.
Eligibility: Inter/Graduation with 2-3 years of office experience.
Office Hours: 09 am to 05 pm, Monday to Saturday.
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month.
