Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Marson Media! We’re seeking self-motivated individuals looking to excel in a sales management career. As a Telesales Agent, you will foster relationships with customers and lead your team to meet our ambitious sales goals.
Location: Islamabad OR Lahore
Type: Full-time in-house, Night Shift (Monday to Friday, US Timings)
SALARY: Starting from 80,00 to 130K, with opportunities to progress to 150K and 200K after 6 and 12 months, respectively, plus bonuses and commissions.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate leads through cold calling, build B2B relationships, understand customer needs, and manage a small team.
REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand various accents.
