Job Description
Location: Axxon BPO, 1st Floor, Building #191, Kashmir Rd, near UBL Bank and Jazz Office, Saddar, Rawalpindi, Punjab 4600
Salary Range: 50,00 – 80,00 PKR
Axxon BPO is seeking a dedicated Product Support Specialist to assist clients with technical issues and product inquiries. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills in English and a strong inclination for customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Provide support via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot product-related issues; guide clients through product features.
Requirements: Minimum 6 months in a support role; familiarity with technical products is a plus; willingness to work night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM).
