Job Description
A reputed telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Executive to manage inbound customer service calls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide online support regarding services.
- Coordinate for fault rectifications exceeding 48 hours.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintain records of faults in respective regions.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 1 year experience in a UK-based call center, and fluent in English.
Salary: PKR 32,00 – 45,00 plus incentives.
Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad. Shifts: Monthly rotational for males; females have morning shifts only.
