Job Description
Esols Ecommerce Solution is seeking a dedicated Assistant HR Manager to oversee our recruiting, learning, and employee performance development programs. The successful candidate will manage hiring processes and possess a solid background in Human Resources.
Responsibilities: Manage job descriptions, recruitment, maintain employee records, conduct orientations, manage termination paperwork, liaise with benefit vendors, ensure HR compliance, address hiring inquiries, coordinate training sessions, and produce HR activity reports.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, 1-2 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and meticulous attention to detail.
