Job Description

I-Tech BPO Solution is seeking a dynamic Call Center Agent to generate leads and sales over the phone. The successful candidate will engage potential customers by asking questions, actively listening to their needs, and providing detailed product information while meeting sales quotas.

Requirements:

• Team player
• Confident with excellent English communication skills
• Experience in Truck Dispatch Sales preferred
• Available for Night Shift (06:00 PM to 03:00 AM)
• Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
