Job Description
We are hiring a skilled Chat Support Representative for night shift operations. Engage with customers via live chat, assist with inquiries, and ensure high service standards. Proficiency in English and good typing skills are required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt customer responses
- Assist with troubleshooting
- Maintain professionalism
- Meet performance targets
- Document interactions accurately
Requirements: Intermediate education, 25 WPM typing speed. Shift: 5 PM to 5 AM, Location: Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi.
Compensation: 45,00 PKR plus bonuses.
