Job Description
365 Care Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Performing daily Control Room Operations
- Handling Employee calls and providing accurate responses
- Guiding callers through troubleshooting and navigation
- Managing shift confirmation messages
- Updating Employee duty times via Roster Management
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Anticipating escalations and taking over calls as necessary
- Other assigned duties with training provided
Required skills include strong English communication, data management, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Shifts: 11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. & 11:00 p.m. – 11:00 a.m., 5 working days with rotational days off.
