Job Description
Reall Time is currently seeking a reliable and experienced individual for the position of Taxi Dispatcher. The successful candidate will coordinate and dispatch our fleet of luxury vehicles, ensuring exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling and dispatching of limo services.
- Communicate with drivers for timely arrivals and departures.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
- Monitor vehicle status and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports.
Requirements:
- Experience in dispatch or coordination.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
