Job Description
We are excited to announce an immediate job opening for a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist at AI Growth Solutions, located in Lahore Johar Town. The position offers a competitive salary of 80,00 PKR/month with night shift hours from 7 PM to 4 AM.
As a QA Specialist, you will monitor and evaluate sales calls to ensure compliance and performance standards. Key responsibilities include providing feedback to agents, generating quality reports, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year of QA experience, excellent analytical skills, and strong communication abilities.
