Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team at Raaziq International PVT LTD. This role involves maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Key responsibilities include coordinating with airlines on flight bookings, liaising with stakeholders, providing customers with shipment status updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Marketing, with fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience preferred. This full-time position is based in Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. Female applicants are encouraged to apply.
