Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Export Officer to join our team in Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responsibilities include coordinating with airlines and customers on flight bookings and confirmations, liaising with stakeholders, and providing shipment status updates. You will keep records of customer interactions and feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Marketing.
Experience: Fresh to 6 months.
