Job Description
Infocab Ltd, a UK-based taxi firm operating from E11-2 Islamabad, is expanding its operations in Pakistan. We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) with experience in dealing with UK clients, cab dispatching, and booking. Familiarity with ICabbi is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and deliver professional customer service.
- Provide accurate quotations and allocate bookings to drivers.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and address inquiries.
Requirements: 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred. Proficient in British English and available for rotating shifts.
Salary: Rs. 60,00.00 – Rs. 90,00.00 per month, with overtime opportunities.
Location: Islamabad near E11.
