Summary: We are seeking a Team Leader to manage the financing of Construction Equipment and Crop Solutions, including TLBs, Compactors, Excavators, and various agricultural equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Source and finance retail construction clients while managing key dealers.
- Improve productivity through effective dealership coverage.
- Monitor P&L and portfolio health.
- Provide committed service levels to customers and dealers.
- Ensure quality in portfolio sourcing.
- Offer market intelligence to head office.
