Job Description
Join our team at Ya-Tech as an Urdu-Speaking Customer Care Support Specialist! In this role, you will:
- Answer calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Provide comprehensive product and service information.
- Process orders, forms, and applications promptly.
- Identify and escalate priority issues as needed.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for follow-up queries.
- Generate and follow up on business leads, reporting to your line manager.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by your line manager.
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
