Job Description
Location: Axxon BPO, 1st Floor, Building #191, Kashmir Rd, near UBL Bank and Jazz Office, Saddar, Rawalpindi
Salary Range: 45,00 – 75,00 PKR (based on experience and performance bonuses)
Axxon BPO is seeking dedicated Client Service Agents to deliver outstanding support. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries promptly.
- Maintain confidential records.
- Guide clients on products and services.
- Enhance client experience collaboratively.
Qualifications:
- 6 months of call center/customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal skills in English and Urdu.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency.
