Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our night shift team at Pegasus BPO from 6:00 pm to 1:00 am. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Human Resources and experience in a BPO environment.
Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, managing payroll, developing recruitment processes, and addressing grievances.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, prior HR experience, and strong communication skills.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month.
