Educational Background: Degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: 2-3 years in instructional design/course development, preferably online; familiarity with LMS (Moodle, Teachable, LearnDash) and content creation for tech courses is a plus.
Skills Required: Strong grasp of adult learning theories, excellent communication skills, multimedia tool proficiency, research ability, and understanding of SEO.
