Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join Zameen Operations as a Customer Support Team Lead in our Dubizzle team, based in Lahore.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Establish efficient processes to optimize workflow.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance communication.
- Generate reports to analyze trends and improve performance.
Qualifications:
