Job Description
Teletaleem is seeking an enthusiastic HR Officer to effectively manage HR operations. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Screen and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct recruitment interviews and record them.
- Facilitate newcomers’ joining formalities and maintain accurate records.
- Handle employee attendance and monthly payroll.
- Prepare and send contracts to new joiners.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a quick learner.
Timings: 9:00 am – 5:15 pm
Location: I-9/3 Industrial Area, Islamabad
