Job Description
Davis Group of Companies is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Operations Manager for our newly launched food takeaway in Rawalpindi.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations including recruitment, staffing, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely dish preparation and presentation.
- Monitor inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Ensure timely order delivery and evaluate driver performance.
- Develop policies to comply with food safety regulations.
- Manage budgeting and financial reporting.
Skills Required: Minimum 5 years in a similar role, team leadership, food safety knowledge, and strong communication skills.
