Job Description
We are seeking an Experienced Customer Service Professional at Cabcall Outsource SMC Pvt Ltd. to manage customer interactions and resolve inquiries efficiently. Perfect communication in English is required, and a Bachelor’s degree is necessary. (IELTS below 8 is not acceptable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly.
- Utilize active listening to understand customer needs.
- Articulate complex information clearly.
- Build rapport by demonstrating empathy.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Handle complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on product knowledge.
Compensation: Up to Rs160,00.00 per month.
