Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility.
- Oversee onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Administer recognition programs and performance management.
- Provide support for HR programs and address inquiries.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 1-2 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with HR software preferred.
