Job Description

J.Sons Communications, a US-based campaign call center, is seeking individuals with strong English communication skills for night shifts. Experienced agents, especially those with a background in Final Expense, are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls
• Handle customer inquiries
• Process orders and schedule appointments
• Maintain customer records
• Provide excellent customer service
