Job Description
Jalal Sons is searching for a dedicated Bakery Manager to develop effective business strategies that increase our customer base and enhance store traffic. The ideal candidate will train, motivate, and mentor our sales staff while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include maintaining store compliance, visual merchandising standards, and reporting on buying trends. You’ll also conduct performance appraisals and address staff or customer concerns.
This full-time position has a salary range of Rs45,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month.
