Job Description

Unze London is seeking an experienced and motivated Purchase Manager for our restaurant. The ideal candidate will develop effective procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and maintain inventory control. Proficiency in SAP B-1 and Excel is essential, alongside strong negotiation and data analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities:
