Job Description
A Lahore-based NGO, The Noor Project, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Female Warden for its Orphanage department. The successful candidate will lead our girls’ orphanage, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for the residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the daily activities of the girls.
- Create a positive atmosphere for personal growth.
- Implement educational and recreational programs.
- Provide guidance and emotional support.
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of the living space.
- Engage with families and community organizations.
